Transferred from Northeast (Miss.) Community College to Ole Miss in January and participated in spring football drills ... Moved from quarterback to running back midway through the spring ... An unselfish player who was a pleasant surprise when he made the smooth transition to tailback ... Was one of the leading rushers in several spring scrimmages ... High School, ranked No. 45 on the Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Florida prospects list, was rated as the nation's 29th-best dual-threat quarterback by Rivals100.com and also ranked among Florida's top 100 prospects by the same publication .. Was named the Offensive Player of the Year by the Pensacola News Journal ... Coached in high school by Mike McMillion ... Completed 357-of-650 passes for 5,646 yards and 34 touchdowns during his career and rushed 476 times for 2,534 yards and 31 TDs in that same span ... Passed for more than 2,561 yards and 28 touchdowns while rushing for 1,303 yards and 16 scores during his senior season, leading Milton High to a 9-2 record and the second round of the 3A playoffs ...
